• Delivery timeframes are a live representation at the time of ordering and are subject to change. If you've already placed an order, please check your shipping confirmation email for your specific delivery timeframe and tracking link.

• You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

• In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

This policy outlines the guidelines for returns and refunds for your purchases. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to the terms below.

Return/Refund Eligibility Window

• All requests for a return or refund must be initiated within 7 days of the customer receiving the item(s).

• The day the carrier confirms delivery is considered day one of the 7-day window.

• After this 7-day window has closed, we will grant NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn: Item(s) must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• Undamaged: Item(s) must be free from any damages, including but not limited to stains, odors, deodorant marks, tears, or any signs of wear.

• Original Condition: Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense, if customer decides that they do NOT want the item sent back. Customer WILL NOT get item or refund.

Processing Refunds

1. Inspection: Once the returned item(s) are received, they will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm they meet the "Condition of Returned Items" criteria above.

2. Processing Time: If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

3. Timing: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear in your account. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
