I started Soft Girl Athleisure (SGA) with a simple belief: that strength and softness dont cancel each other out, they belong together

For me, fitness has always been about more than just the workout. It’s about how you feel, how you care for yourself, and how you carry that energy into the rest of your life. I wanted clothing that not only moved with me but also reminded me to slow down, be kind to myself, and embrace my softer side.
